- Maintain bills of materials.
- Prepare cost accounting entries and support the plant’s costing process.
- Balance raw milk/bulk load out weekly.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process.
- Assist with the accounting of month-end close.

- Conduct financial analysis as required.
