Fairmarkit is the #1 autonomous sourcing platform. We are hiring a Software Architect to serve as a senior technical design partner to Fairmarkit’s engineering leadership. This role reports directly to the SVP of Engineering and will be central to how we make architectural decisions across the company.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python backend development
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture principles
• Strong experience building and evolving cloud-native SaaS platforms
• Experience working in environments that require high reliability, scalability, and strong security posture
• Demonstrated success making difficult technical decisions and guiding teams through tradeoffs
• Strong architecture fundamentals
• Ability to communicate architecture clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership through influence
