• Proven track record in project and campaign management
• Comfortable with clear, direct communication and open to providing and receiving constructive feedback
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, project management software, analytics tools)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• English and French fully fluent
