Job Description
Fairmat is a pioneering company specializing in advanced recycled materials and is scaling in the US market. They are seeking a Product Team Leader to accelerate and optimize the development of future client products, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing a team of engineers, and supporting the Sales and Business performance teams.
Requirements
- Accelerate and standardize industrialization of existing projects.
- Prepare industrialization of new products for launch in Q1 2026.
- Track supply, capacity, and quality risks.
