FairMoney is a pioneering mobile banking institution that operates primarily within Nigeria. We are seeking a Field Collections Agent to drive recovery on delinquent accounts through structured field visits, customer engagement, and disciplined follow-ups.

Requirements

• Conduct daily field visits to defaulting customers
• Meet daily productivity targets
• Manage assigned portfolio to reduce roll rates
• Track, follow up, and convert promises to pay into actual payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within approved guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions
• Prioritize accounts based on delinquency stage and recovery potential
