Support cemetery operations, funeral services, and office administration while providing compassionate customer service to families and visitors.
Requirements
- Greet visitors and assist with phone and in-person inquiries
- Process interment orders, burial records, and lot ownership information
- Coordinate scheduling with cemetery grounds crews and funeral homes
- Track and manage merchandise orders including markers, benches, and memorial products
- Maintain accurate records, files, and service documentation
- Provide administrative support to cemetery staff and Family Service Representatives
- Assist Funeral Directors and cemetery staff during services and events
- Support service setup and breakdown including flowers, chairs, stands, and related equipment
- Assist families and guests with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Perform light janitorial duties as needed
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
