Community Manager - Affordable Housing

Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm dedicated to building affordable communities across the country. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, all on-site compliance activities, and for the overall performance of your assigned property.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations and on-site compliance activities
• Ensure adherence to laws relating to leasing
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for non-compliant tenants
• Prepare site reviews and perform recertification reviews
• Assist tenants with requests and complaints
• Monitor tenant and complex-wide arrears and litigation cases
