Community Manager

Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm seeking a strong Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of an assigned property. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to laws relating to leasing, implementing intervention strategies for non-compliant tenants, and preparing site reviews and recertification reviews.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of management experience
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• EIV experience
• Yardi and Realpage experience preferred
• TCS certification for tax credit properties
• Experience in Affordable Housing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
