Job Description

The Business Development Manager works within their assigned territory to generate new business with mortgage brokers, cultivate and strengthen existing relationships and provide exceptional and on-going support to prospective and existing clients to secure long-term success of our business.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada
- University degree in business, economics, or related discipline
- Additional relevant accreditation(s), certification(s) are assets
- Min 3-5 years in mortgage sales
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending
- Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building and listening skills
- Motivates and engages others through fostering a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written / verbal communication and professional maturity
