Job Description
Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to join their team. As a Loan Consultant, you'll play a key part in growing our business by promoting and selling loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and managing the entire sales process. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
