Job Description
Join Fairstone as a Loan Consultant and be part of our talented and growing team! As a Loan Consultant, you'll play a key part in growing our business by promoting and selling loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and building strong relationships and earning trust through excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (50% in French and 50% in English)
