Loan Consultant

We are seeking a Loan Consultant to join our team at Fairstone Financial. As a trusted advisor, you will promote and sell loan and protection products, understand customer needs, and manage the sales process. You will also build strong relationships, perform credit assessments, and manage overdue accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
