Specialist, Operations Training and Strategy

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Specialist, Operations Training and Strategy to facilitate training, coordinate with subject matter experts, and utilize training technology to support course delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, proven ability to engage audiences, and excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Bilingualism is required, and a degree in Instructional Design or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills

• Excellent organizational, self-management and time management skills
• Ability to respond to last-minute changes and requests
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bilingualism is required
