Job Description
As a GenAI Lead Engineer, you will lead our engineering initiatives to drive transformative advancements across multiple industries, including Multi-Agent AI / Generative AI Applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies, voice AI assistants, and advanced language processing applications.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with implementing NLP and generative AI models, with deep expertise in transformer architectures, language models, and embeddings.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in technical AI/ML projects, including team mentoring and project management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and extensive experience with machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face transformers). Experience in Typescript is a plus
