Job Description
We are seeking a Head of RF SoC Development to lead the architecture, integration, and development of RF system-on-chip (SoC) platforms for advanced wireless applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in RF integrated circuit development and system integration.
Requirements
- Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in RFIC or RF SoC design and development.
- Strong understanding of RF system architecture and integrated circuit design.
- Experience delivering silicon products through tape-out and validation.
- Must be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA.
