Senior RFIC Reliability Engineer

Falcomm is seeking an RFIC Reliability Engineer to lead reliability analysis and qualification activities for RF integrated circuits and semiconductor products. The role requires close collaboration with RFIC designers, process engineers, packaging teams, and manufacturing partners to support product development from early design through production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years reliability engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and reliability mechanisms.
