Senior Estimator

The Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for a diverse portfolio of projects, including heavy civil construction, workforce camps and catering, and resource-sector work.

Requirements

• Significant estimating experience in construction and/or industrial services; senior-level experience preferred.
• Background in heavy civil construction, camp & catering or workforce accommodations, oil & gas, logging or forestry, or mining or industrial projects is considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating software (HeavyBid or similar platforms considered an asset).
• Proficiency with ISN Networld, Avera or similar platforms
• Solid analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of Western Canadian labour, equipment, and material pricing is an advantage.
