Job Description
A multi-state law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Georgia to represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, manage a diverse caseload, and provide strategic guidance while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia (in good standing)
- Admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts in Georgia
- 2-10 years of bankruptcy experience (preferably representing lenders and creditors)
- Strong understanding of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures and laws
- Familiarity with court procedures and practices
- Proficiency with numbers and basic accounting
