Job Description
Litigation Attorney (Remote) - A multi-state law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in Texas. While the position offers flexibility for remote work, candidates should be based in Texas preferably in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for in-person court appearances as needed.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
- Knowledge of foreclosure, real estate, secured transactions, and creditors rights preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research
- Ability to meet annual billable hour requirements (1920 hours)
- Residency in Texas (or within the firms footprint) with willingness to attend in-person hearings as required
