Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President in the Corporate Finance department to support the M&A team. The successful candidate will lead small project teams, manage complex M&A projects, and report directly to the Director or Partner.
Requirements
- Completed university/faculty studies
- At least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of typical conditions of complex M&A projects
- Positive track record of reference transactions
- Confident appearance, high resilience, flexibility, willingness to take the initiative, commitment
- Safe English in word and writing
