School-Based Program Manager (The Loft)

The School-Based Program Manager position is responsible for overseeing the direct implementation of program services and providing clinical services to high school and middle school students. The manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of programs, reporting to the Director of Programs, and facilitating team meetings and training needs. The position requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least two years of supervisory experience in the mental health field.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent master's in human services
• Two years' supervisory experience in the mental health field working with children and families in the community
• LPC or LCSW or state licensure/certification specific to program requirement
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and various treatment modalities, including group, family, and individual treatment
