The Attraction Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the safe, efficient, and enjoyable operation of attractions within the park. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining safety standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring each guest leaves with a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Greet guests and determine their needs.
- Operate, open, and close assigned attractions in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Complete and document all required attraction safety and operational checklists.
- Ensure guests meet attraction guidelines before entry and secure all safety devices prior to operation.
- Monitor attractions throughout ride cycles for safety compliance.
- Address guest issues and enforce rules in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests on and off attractions and thank them for their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of attractions and surrounding areas.
- Dispose of trash and perform cleaning tasks as required.
- Report any attraction deficiencies or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Manager on Duty
