Requirements
- Desire to become a Store Manager
- Ability to manage a store within 6-12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel daily (when necessary)
- Ability to complete accounting/auditing functions
- Assists in leading and coaching employees
- Ensures image standards and store safety
