The Exterior Facilities Technician will be a vital member of the Facilities team, focusing on the exterior aspects of our properties. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including power washing, pothole repair, painting, and general maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to travel daily
