Behavioral Health Child and Family Therapist

This position provides psychosocial support and treatment planning to adults and children ages 3+ in a clinical setting. The role involves a range of services including therapy, case management, and crisis intervention. The position requires a high degree of independence, program administration, and adherence to clinical standards. A strong focus on patient and family centered care is expected.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent field
• Current or license eligible State of Idaho Master Social Worker license
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical social work and mental health counseling principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain emotional stability and cope with stress
