Job Description
The Diabetes & Nutrition Education Program Instructor will provide individualized Diabetes Self-Management Education/Training (DSME/T) according to the ADA Standards of Care. This role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients with diabetes or other medical conditions. The instructor will also conduct educational sessions and assessments to help patients improve their health.
Requirements
- Maintain current unrestricted professional license.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP).
- Must possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
