Requirements

• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Communicate necessary information to others
• Provide treatment as directed by the staff physical therapist
• Observe and evaluate treatment affect
• Perform components of an appropriate assessment on each patient
• Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity
• Interact professionally with patient/family and involve patient/family in the formation of the plan of care
• Maintain records pertinent to the personnel and operation of the department
• Demonstrate an ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations
