Behavior Technician - Center Based - Islandia. Provide IEP Mandated Services at our Centers (NOT INSURANCE BASED). Competitive hourly rate ($20-24/hourly). Generous benefits package.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors BCBAs to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Use electronic platform for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
• Manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate the company core values.
