Job Description
Our Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) Program is seeking full time Therapeutic Mentors in the Fall River MA area. Therapeutic Mentors offer 1:1 structured strength based supportive services that address daily living, social and communication needs. The services include supporting, coaching and training the youth in age appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, functional skill-building, problem solving and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
- Good driving record
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Proof of insurance
- Spanish and Portuguese speaking applicants are encouraged to apply
- Pass CORI and CPS background checks
