Job Description
To provide guidance and supervision of children/adolescents in a residential setting, promoting their physical and mental well being and implementing Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
Requirements
- Empathetic and good listener
- Previous residential work experience or education in psychology, social work, or related fields
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, registration, inspection, and driving record
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic issues
