Job Description
East Providence Police Go Team Clinician provides trauma-informed crisis intervention services and clinical assessment to families in the community, in partnership with the East Providence Police Department. The position requires a Master's degree in human services and experience working with law enforcement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.)
- Independently licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
- Excellent crisis management and intervention skills
- Training in childhood trauma, trauma assessment, and triage
