Job Description
The Juvenile Justice Prevention Coordinator works with families to prevent involvement in the Juvenile Justice System, providing community-based assistance and developing wraparound service plans.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the child welfare and Juvenile Justice system
- Certified Community Health Worker certification
- Wraparound process certification
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Culturally diverse community and family experience
- Bilingual/ASL skills (optional)
- Multilingual skills (optional)
