Job Description
At Famly, we're looking for our next superstar to join our Finance & Legal team! As a part-time Financial Analyst (Student Assistant), you will become a core part of a small but mighty team in a growing SaaS company and gain a large amount of responsibility right from day one.
Requirements
- Controlling and manage customer subscriptions and invoicing
- Assist in debt collection in close collaboration with the Customer Support & Success teams
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries about operational finance matters
- Reconciliation of accounts and assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Bookkeeping of expenses and ensure timely payment of vendors
- Monitor expenses and drive cost savings where possible
- Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes using AI and other tools
