Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in SaaS-CS or sales and/or in the early years industry
- In-depth understanding of the principles of customer success, account growth strategies, and onboarding best practices
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and CS platforms
- Clear, empathetic communication style and enthusiasm to empower your team
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in German and English
