Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own and drive the core growth engine of the product, making it habit-forming, sticky, and deeply engaging for users. The role requires a combination of data, user psychology, and product thinking to build scalable growth systems.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of Product Management experience in B2C / consumer products
- Strong experience in solving problems around growth, engagement, and retention
- Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end growth funnels
- Experience building gamification-led experiences
- Strong understanding of user behavior, psychology, and habit-forming loops
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Experience working on CAC → LTV optimization and driving measurable business outcomes
