The ideal candidate will have hands-on software development experience, experience managing teams, and expertise in high level system design and low level implementation design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing/mentoring a team
• Expertise in high level system design and low level implementation design
• Strong coding skills in languages like Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin
• Experience with databases and query optimizations
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, event-driven systems, and distributed messaging systems
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
