Digital Machine Operator - 2nd shift

The Machine Operator Digital is responsible for the production of high-quality fan merchandise. The role involves setting up and operating digital machines, inspecting and reporting quality issues, and adhering to customer specifications. The successful candidate will be able to work individually or as part of a team, and will be responsible for maintaining and organizing raw material inventory, as well as performing preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Reads and follows specific instructions given on shop packets
• Verifies art files and color copies match product design, specifications and customer requirements
• Utilizes FMS to accurately document work processes
• Coordinates needed materials to produce orders
• Monitors raw material inventories and ink inventory
• Sets up, inspects, adjusts and tests run machine for each order
• Completes digital set-ups, including modification of EPS files from Art Department
• Determines the number of pieces to run to meet customer requirements
• Meets all production standards on all digital work centers
• Monitors machine, processes and product output to ensure quality, accuracy, color, quantities, and maintain efficiency throughout processes
