Country Sales Director responsible for key account management, B2B sales strategy, MRO solution development, revenue growth, team leadership, and market analysis. Reports to Country General Manager and directly manages 5–6 Key Account Sales Managers.
Requirements
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key account (KA) customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer business models, procurement needs, and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular customer communication and site visits to identify changing needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Design and deliver customized MRO product and service solutions aligned with customer operational and procurement requirements.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and key account growth plans to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Lead, train, and coach the key account sales team to improve performance and professional capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
