Job Description
Faraday Future (FF) seeks a Manager SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead the day-to-day financial reporting process and provide technical accounting guidance. The role involves preparing SEC filings, providing technical accounting guidance, and ensuring compliance with GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance. The Manager will work closely with the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to present financial information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. Accounting, finance)
- At least 8 years of overall experience in technical accounting
- Active CPA
- Prior SEC filing experience through public accounting, a corporate role or combination
- Ability to work across various business functions
- Strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills
