Senior Legal Counsel-SEC

We're seeking a Senior Legal Counsel-SEC to lead strategic legal initiatives across Faraday Future's global operations, including securities filings, governance, legal compliance, contract review and negotiation, and internal investigations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including significant in-house and/or top-tier law firm experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting public company compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
• Experience advising business stakeholders on intellectual property rights, strategic partnerships, and product development matters
• Proven experience counseling management and HR teams on labor and employment law matters
• Experience conducting internal investigations and compliance audits
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and employee training initiatives
