Farfetch is a leading global marketplace for the luxury fashion industry, connecting customers with items from over 50 countries and 1,400 brands. The company is looking for a Supply Operations Specialist to perform tasks related to receiving, controlling and processing returns from partners and customers, and managing daily operations of a third-party logistics provider.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a logistics or supply management environment
- Experience in data entry and follow-up (Excel, Google Sheets/Slides, internal tools)
- Experience working in a fashion environment, preferably managing returns
- Working experience with 3PL a plus
- Focused, rigorous with excellent organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable with a flexible attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure in difficult situations
