We seek a Lead Credit Officer to lead a team of credit officers in managing a designated portfolio of accounts, providing guidance, training, and oversight to ensure quality and consistency in credit analysis. The role requires maintaining an individual portfolio and performing underwriting for assigned transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture economics, finance, business administration or other related business field
- 7 or more years' experience in all facets of lending, including marketing, extension, administration, and analysis of commercial credits and agriculture production loans
- Experience and knowledge in the analysis of complex credits, negotiating, and dealing with large loans over $5 million
