Job Description

As a Certified General Appraiser or Qualified Evaluator, you will be responsible for ensuring Farm Credit East clearly understands the collateral risk position of loans secured by Personal Property and/or Real Estate. You will become an expert in your assigned marketplace(s) and collateral segment(s) and collect quality sales information to build out Farm Credit East’s market intelligence.
Requirements
- Maintain a State Certified General Appraiser License
- Reside in southern Connecticut or on Long Island
- Develop expertise and working knowledge within market segments
- Work collaboratively with teammates to generate cross-selling results
- Promote the Farm Credit East brand in their region
