Job Description
We are seeking an AgDirect Inside Sales Representatives who will be responsible for marketplace development and overall growth of the AgDirect program through sales efforts targeted at Agricultural equipment/machinery and irrigation dealers, manufacturers, customers, and Farm Credit association partners.
Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Finance, and/or Economics preferred
- 2 + years of experience in sales, with demonstrated effective sales skills and abilities in developing new business
- Ability to develop and maintain profitable working relationships by providing exceptional service
- Highly productive in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and keep track of details
- Strong understanding of competitor programs and ability to analyze data to effectively sell AgDirect products
