Job Description
The Line-Cook of The Kitchen at Farm Sanctuary will support the Head Chef in overseeing the cafe's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining excellent quality standards.
Requirements
- Enact the opening and closing procedures
- Support food and beverage inventory and garden produce usage
- Track menu item costs
- Follow all protocol and safety standards
- Monitor food safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support staff in order-taking and food preparation
