Farmer Focus

3-5 years of experience in poultry or meat production, including 1-2 years in a training or leadership role

High school degree, 18 years of age, related experience preferred

2+ years of supervisory experience, ability to recognize and respond to changes, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline preferred, 5 years of experience in maintenance management, and demonstrated expertise in facility maintenance management, staff supervision, budgeting, and maintenance training

5+ years of experience with poultry equipment, strong coaching and communication skills, proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills

2+ years supervisory experience, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent; boiler operation experience; knowledge of safety and mechanical systems

2+ years of supervisory experience in process optimization, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a poultry production environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent required, 1-3 years of experience in a related field

4+ years of experience in a similar position, B.S. or B.A. degree, HACCP Certification
