Production Supervisor Cone Line 2nd

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Cone Line 2nd operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation with minimum downtime, and maintaining quality standards of products.

Requirements

• 2 years' proven supervisory experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes appropriately
• Demonstrated positive attitude and uncompromising regard for quality
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of team members
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Ability to work in a poultry production environment with varying heat, wet, and chill conditions
