Requirements

• Sales experience or client-facing background
• Insurance experience
• Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX
• Life and Health License in TX (preferred)
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Motivated and determined
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
