Job Description
Joseph Samudio Farmers Insurance Agency in Arvada, CO is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. We have Full-time and Part-time opportunities available.
Requirements
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- confident, self-starter who works well independently
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individuals
