Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant - Base Pay + Uncapped Incentive (Hybrid - Phoenix)

We are looking for a Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The role involves selling insurance products to inbound callers, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with customers. The compensation package includes a guaranteed annual base pay, an additional 5% bilingual incentive, and an uncapped performance-based incentive.

• Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks
• Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
